Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A female patient with breast cancer undergoing surgery (including breast conserving or simple mastectomy) who plans to perform sentinel lymph node biopsy or axillary lymph node dissection, 18-80 years old, ASA ? - ?, and whose family members have signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Temporarily changing the technique; (2) History of preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy; (3) Taking antibiotics in the past month; (4) History of chronic pain in other parts of the body combined; (5) Combine metabolic diseases that may affect the microbial community structure (such as thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, etc.); (6) Intestinal dysfunction; (7) Suffering from cancer in other parts or systems; (8) Pregnant women; (9) Taking sedatives/antidepressants, language comprehension difficulties, mental illness, etc.
