Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosis of diabetes mellitus is at age =45 years; ? Family history of diabetes mellitus; ? Atypical type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus; ? Progressive decompensation of pancreatic ß-cell secretion during the course of the disease and the need for insulin treatment due to failure of oral medication; ? Progressive hearing loss or deafness; Combination of any of the following: short stature, retinal degeneration, optic nerve atrophy, hyperlipidemia, dilated cardiomyopathy and uremic dysplasia, abnormal nervous system function, hypotonia, slow growth, peculiar facial features, gonadal hypoplasia, and mental retardation. Those who meet ? or ? above, with or without other items, will be screened.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Secondary diabetes mellitus;Patients with other endocrine diseases, such as hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, hyperparathyroidism or hypothyroidism, acromegaly, Cushing's syndrome, autoimmune multiple endocrine diseases, etc; ?Systemic use of glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, or other drugs within the past 6 months; ? Patients with malignant tumors.
