Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Engaged in ICU clinical nursing for 2 years and above, able to work independently in ICU clinical work; ? Possess a nurse's licence and be on duty; ? Understand the research process, give informed consent and participate voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Internship nursing students and advanced training nurses; ? Nurses with foreseeable personnel transfers, pregnant or about to retire; ?Participating in other psychological interventions or having participated in Positive Thinking Stress Reduction training; ?Previously diagnosed with mental illness.
