Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65; no gender limit; 2. Difficulty falling asleep, difficulty maintaining sleep, or premature awakening occuring at least 3 nights a week for more than 3 months; 3. Baseline total score of PSQI > 8.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combination with tumors, serious heart, liver, kidney, blood system diseases, or infectious diseases; 2. Have a history of mental illness such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, etc.; 3. Have a history of epilepsy; 4. Have received electroconvulsive therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation, or transcranial direct current stimulation previously; 5. Implanted with cochlear implants, pacemakers, brain implants (i.e., deep brain stimulation), or metallic objects, etc.; 6. Cognitive dysfunction is present; 7. Pregnant or lactating; 8. Night shift workers; 9. Presence of other sleep disorders, including sleep apnea syndrome, parasomnias, and somnolence; 10. Participate in other clinical trials concurrently being conducted.
