Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Indications for laparoscopic cholecystectomy include benign gallbladder diseases such as acute cholecystitis, chronic cholecystitis, gallstones, and gallbladder polyps. Patients aged 18 to 80 years. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I, II, or III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Suspected malignant gallbladder disease preoperatively or intraoperative frozen pathology report confirming malignancy. b) Pregnant or lactating women. c) Severe psychiatric disorders. d) Patients with a history of abdominal surgery or severe adhesions found during laparoscopic exploration making laparoscopic surgery infeasible. e) Conversion to open surgery. f) Cirrhosis discovered preoperatively or intraoperatively during laparoscopic exploration.
