Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.HIV positive was confirmed by laboratory examination in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of AIDS (2018 edition)"; 2.Age18-70 years old; 3.Have normal reading, writing and language expression ability; 4.Agree to participate in the study; 5.Barthel index score =60 points; 6.Able to use mobile communication facilities such as wechat.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.People with physical disability or serious complications.
