Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with infectious corneal ulcer: the infection is controlled after drug treatment, but the corneal ulcer is large and deep, and the corneal ulcer still cannot heal after conservative treatment, and even on the verge of perforation. 2) Patients with non-infectious corneal ulcer and immune corneal ulcer can not heal and may even be on the verge of perforation after conservative treatment with drugs. 3) Congenital corneal tumor or corneal malignant tumor, deep corneal defect area and corneal stroma layer after corneal tumor resection. 4) Recurrent pterygium and deep stromal layer of cornea, excision of pterygium caused deep stromal defect of cornea.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rule out uncontrolled corneal infection, fundus disease, glaucoma, corneal endothelial disease, etc.
