Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the thoracoscopic lung resection group: patients discharged from West China Hospital of Sichuan University from April 2017 to April 2021 and diagnosed with congenital cystic pulmonary disease (pulmonary cyst), pulmonary sequestration (isolated lung), pulmonary cystadenoma (pulmonary cyst adenoma) Infants with cystic adenomatoid malformation), congenital emphysema, and bronchogenic cysts who underwent thoracoscopic lung resection; ASA classification I-III; clinical data are complete; all guardians of the children signed informed consent to participate in the investigation. Inclusion criteria for the healthy control group: Healthy children of the corresponding age (2-4 years old and 5-7 years old) were matched 1:1 according to the current age of the thoracoscopic lung resection group. Children in the healthy control group were admitted to the Children's Health Care Center of the West China Second Hospital of Sichuan University. A questionnaire survey was conducted in the outpatient clinic. Inclusion criteria: healthy children without congenital cystic pulmonary disease and other acute or chronic diseases that affect children's quality of life (such as other congenital diseases, hereditary diseases, chronic or systemic major diseases, etc.); guardians signed informed consent to participate in the investigation. ?
