Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Confirmed diagnosis of brain trauma or stroke after admission (2) Age >18 years old (3) There is a disturbance of consciousness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with severe trauma to other organs or other serious diseases; (2)The condition was extremely critical at the time of admission, resulting in poor prognosis. Such as brain herniation, respiratory and cardiac arrest, etc.; (3) Death after rapid aggravation of the condition within 3 days after admission; (4) Lack of important information in inpatient medical records, and subsequent analysis cannot be completed; (5) Spinal fracture or other serious fracture, unable to change the position; (6) Acute myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, arterial dissection and other serious cardiovascular diseases; (7) Deep vein thrombosis; (8) Uncontrollable epilepsy; (9) Other uncontrollable factors, resulting in deviations in treatment.
