Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Signed informed consent, age =65 years old; ? Pathologically confirmed diagnosis of lung cancer, determined by PET-CT, enhanced CT and other imaging early stage (AJCC 8th edition ?A, ?B, ?A stage, i.e., tumour diameter =5cm, no lymph node and distant metastasis); ? Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status (ECOGPS) score 0-3; (iv) intolerance or refusal to accept the treatment ? Inability to tolerate or refuse initial surgical treatment for patients; ? For first-time patients, apart from supportive treatment, they did not receive any other adjuvant treatment before discovering tumor residue, recurrence, or metastasis; ?The treatment process cooperates with the provision of clinical data, imaging data, etc. required for the research process, cooperates with the follow-up andagree to use the data for subsequent studies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Severe bleeding and coagulation disorder, platelet less than 50×109L; ?Eastern Oncology Collaborative physical strength score >3; ?Severe systemic infection, high fever (>38.5?), skin infection and ulceration at the puncture site; ?Combination of other malignant tumours ? Incomplete information or inability to comply with the study protocol.
