Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent mixed hemorrhoid surgery; 2. The preoperative ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Association of Anesthesiologists) was classified as I-III; 3. Patients aged 18-65; 4. Patients who agree to participate in this study and do not require the use of analgesic pumps.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with anal fistula, perianal abscess and other diseases that affect the judgment of analgesic effect; 2. Participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before being selected; 3. Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in this experiment; 4. Chronic pain history, patients who took analgesic drugs for a long time before operation; 5. Pregnant and lactating women.
