Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Beauty demand. (2) Bilateral differentiated thyroid carcinoma, with a tumor diameter of =2 cm, and no cervical lymph node metastasis or distant organ metastasis, no imaging indication of lymph node metastasis in the central area or metastatic lymph nodes with a diameter of =2 cm without fusion and fixation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Limited operation or increased risk of infection due to oral conditions (oral deformity, oral local infection, etc.). (2) Medullary carcinoma and undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma. (3) Severe thyroid inflammatory disease. 5) The tumor is near the entrance of recurrent laryngeal nerve or the larger tumor is located at the upper pole. (6) Previous history of neck surgery, ablation treatment or neck radiation. (7) Patients with complications of other organs or systems who cannot tolerate surgical trauma or general anesthesia.
