Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part I: Quantitative study on the trajectory of exercise fear in postoperative breast cancer patients Inclusion criteria: ? female, aged 18-75 years old; ? breast cancer diagnosed for the first time according to the breast cancer diagnostic criteria in the Breast Cancer Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines and Standards of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association (2021 edition); ? pathological stage I-III; ? unilateral onset; ? surgical procedure of modified radical surgery; ? preoperative measurement of the circumference of the upper limbs and evaluation of functional activities, the results are normal; ? normal vision and visual acuity; (8) Expected survival = 3 months and voluntarily signed the informed consent form. Part II: Mapping the motor fear journey of patients with different trajectories Inclusion criteria: ? female, aged 18-75 years old; ? breast cancer diagnosed for the first time according to the breast cancer diagnostic criteria in the Breast Cancer Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines and Standards of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association (2021 edition); ? pathological stage I-III; ? unilateral onset; ? modified radical surgery; ? measurement of the circumference of the upper limbs and evaluation of functional activities before surgery, and the results were normal; ? normal vision and visual acuity; (viii) Patients who have completed 3 stages of chemotherapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Part I: Quantitative study on the trajectory of exercise fear in postoperative breast cancer patients Exclusion criteria: ? Postoperative diagnosis of breast cancer metastasis; ? Combined serious heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney diseases and affecting the patient's daily activities and self-care ability; ? Presence of serious cognitive and mental disorders unable to cooperate with the treatment; ? Previous neurological, musculoskeletal, skeletal diseases or other diseases leading to deformities of the limbs, limb movement disorders, or preoperative fracture of the upper limbs, trauma and combined shoulder joint pathology; ? Patients who underwent immediate intraoperative breast reconstruction; ? patients receiving chemotherapy before surgery. Part II: Mapping of motor fear journey in patients with different trajectories Exclusion criteria: ? postoperative diagnosis of breast cancer metastasis; ? combined with serious heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney diseases, and affect the patient's daily activities and self-care ability; ? serious cognitive and mental disorders can not cooperate with the treatment; ? previous neurological, musculoskeletal, skeletal diseases or other diseases resulting in deformity of the limbs, limb movement disorders, or preoperative upper limb fracture, traumatic injuries, and combined with shoulder arthropathy; ? immediate breast reconstruction; ? patients receiving chemotherapy before the operation. Breast reconstruction during surgery; ? Patients receiving chemotherapy before surgery.
