Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Single organ transplant recipients who have received liver or kidney transplantation for the first time in our hospital 2: Postoperative use of tacrolimus, mycophenolate mofetil, or mycophenolate sodium enteric coated tablets for immunosuppressive regimen 3: Age 18-75 4: Patients who undergo regular blood drug concentration testing in our hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Electronic medical records are severely missing 2: Multiple organ transplantation 3: Patients with ABO blood group incompatibility between donor and recipient 4: Patients who switch to immunosuppressive regimens midway
