Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. Has a clear history of joint injury, with a course of = 7 days; b. Symptoms such as tenderness, swelling, and bruising in the affected area; c. Joint X-ray shows no fractures or dislocations, while MR examination suggests ligament I-II degree injury (no obvious ligament rupture); d. After understanding alternative therapies, choose to receive conservative treatment and sign an ethical consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Patients with third degree injury or complete rupture of muscles, tendons, ligaments, etc. that require surgery; b. The course of the disease is = 8 days; c. Individuals with vascular or nerve damage or local skin damage; d. The onset period of combined infection or severe visceral diseases; e. Individuals with mental illness or post-stroke sequelae; f. Refusing to sign ethical consent form; g. Treat allergies or dizziness with acupuncture.
