18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who diagnosed with BD-IPMN by imaging or oral choledochoscopy; 2, age =18 years old; 3. Patients who accepted our diagnosis and treatment methods voluntarily, and signed informed consent before surgery; 4, Patients were no high risk factors; 5. Patients with high risk factors refused radical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who agreed to radical resection due to high risk factors; 2.Patients with severe organ dysfunction, unable to tolerate surgical operations; 3. Tissue biopsy indicates cancer; 4. The gastrointestinal tract of patients were stenosis and distortion and duodenoscope could not pass; 5. Patients with pancreatic duct stenosis that transoral choledochoscope could not pass or reach the lesion site; 6. Patients found to be MD-IPMN or combined MD-IPMN during the operation; 7. Patients who refuse to participate or withdraw from this study.
