intervention group:The online support system will be provided to family members of neurosurgical intensive care unit patients to meet their needs.
control group:Oral notification, distribution of health education materials and telephone consultation

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients have no history of ICU hospitalisation; 2. Patients’ duration of this ICU hospitalisation >24h; 3. The family member is the patient's primary caregiver and =18 years old; 4. The family member has no cognitive and communication disorders;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The treatment of patient was abandoned; 2. Patients’ duration of this ICU hospitalisation > 1 month; 3. Caregivers are paid to care for the patient; 4. The family member has other traumatic experiences within 6 months.
