Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Phase 1 ? Clinical frontline nurses with nursing practice certificates; ? Work experience = 1 year; ? Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form Third stage ? Newly employed nurse at Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University; ? College graduates; ? No work experience before joining the hospital; ? Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Phase 1 nothing Third stage ? Have work experience before joining the hospital; ? Have more than one internship experience; ? Refusal to participate in this study.
