Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with HIV before December 31, 2023; 2.The current address is Wuxi City (including Jiangyin and Yixing); 3.Age 50 and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cognitive impairment diagnosed by a neurologist; 2.Combined with acute disease, unable to complete the comprehensive assessment of the elderly; 3.Refuse to cooperate with comprehensive assessment and follow-up of the elderly.
