Interventions
Log group:All patients are recoved following the ERAS guideline. In addition, patients in this group will also receive and fill a copy of recovery log by their selfves.
Control group:All patients are recoved following the ERAS guideline.

18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing surgery for gastrointestinal tumor, and follow the enhanced recovery strategy after surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Elder patietns whose age are =70 years; patients whose ASA score are =2 points ; patients accompanied with severe organ dysfunction; patients received neoadjuvant therapy; patients undergoing emergency surgery, or non radical surgery; pateitns with severe postoperative complications (Clavien-Dindo level =3) ; patients accompanied with other malignant tumors, patients with cognitive impairment; illiterated; patients who refuse to participate.
