Perioperative myocardial ischemia in elderly patients with hip fracture

Interventions

group A:In group A, Shenmai injection 1ml/kg was added to 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250ml intravenously after entering the room, and the infusion was completed before anesthesia
group B:The same volume of normal saline was infused intravenously.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age 65-89 years old; ? Hip fracture; ? Patients with ST segment changes in preoperative ECG or history of coronary heart disease and hypertension; ? American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade ? - ?; ? Voluntarily included in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with severe arrhythmia or hemodynamic instability; and (2) Those with neuropsychiatric diseases; ? The liver and kidney functions were obviously abnormal.
