Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? First SOT, and more than 1 year after surgery. ? Diabetes has been diagnosed, and the elevated blood sugar meets the WHO1999 diabetes diagnostic criteria. ? The immunosuppression regimen was stable. Able and willing to provide written informed consent and comply with the requirements of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Acute stage of heart and cerebrovascular diseases. ? Acute rejection. ?Pregnant or lactating women, or women preparing to become pregnant. ?Mental illness, including severe hysteria; Those who do not possess the ability of autonomy. ? Diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar non-ketotic diabetic coma, lactic acidosis and other acute complications of diabetes. ?Excluding patients with moderate, severe and extremely severe anemia (Hb < 90g/L), hypoproteinemia (serum albumin < 30g/L), blood loss and blood transfusion history within 2-3 months. ? Patients with severe liver insufficiency (Child-Pugh grade C). ? Patients with moderate and severe renal insufficiency (eGFR < 45mL/min/1.73m2).
