60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 60-80 years old; ASA grade ? ~?; BMI=28kg/m²; Laparoscopic radical resection of gastrointestinal tumors under general anesthesia (operation time 2-6 hours); Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are unable to take oral medication (e.g. gastrointestinal obstruction); Severe hypertension or diabetes; Heparin resistance; A history of alcoholism; Inability to communicate before surgery (coma, deep dementia or speech problems, severe visual and hearing impairments); Preoperative mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score was too low [illiteracy < 17, primary school < 20, secondary school (including technical secondary school) < 24]; Severe heart, liver and kidney disease; History of neurological or psychiatric disorders.
