Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 4-5 combined with renal bone disease; (2) Patients with deficiency of spleen-kidney Yang and stasis turbid block syndrome; (3) Age between 18-65; (4) Patients undergoing regular maintenance hemodialysis with more than 6 months course of hemodialysis; (5) No kidney transplantation, no malignant tumor, tuberculosis and other endocrine and consumable diseases, and the expected survival duration is more than 12 months; (6) Patients should understand the whole process of the experiment, volunteer to participate and sign the informed consent; (7) Patient has not participated in other clinical trials in recent 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients may have other causes of bone diseases, such as climacteric syndrome, senile degenerative osteoarthritis, take medications that affect bone metabolism (Estrogen, long-term use of cortisol hormone) or have some other chronic diseases; (2) The normal development of bone is affected or caused by diseases; (3) Patients with chronic or active bleeding; (4) Patients with other serious organic diseases (such as tumors, etc.) (5) The disease was found during pregnancy, abortion and lactation; (6) Patients with mental illness; (7) Those who do not want to cooperate in this treatment.
