Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 years old = age=65 years old. (2) Under the normal purine diet, serum uric acid levels were detected twice on different days on an empty stomach. The uric acid levels were > 420 and =540µmol/L in males and menopausal females, and > 360 and =540µmol/L in non-menopausal females. (3) Consistent with TCM dampness-heat syndrome. (4) have not taken uric acid lowering drugs or related products in the past 2 months. (5) Voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with gout attack. (2) Patients with blood uric acid > 480µmol/L and =540µmol/L, complicated with hypertension, abnormal lipid metabolism, diabetes, obesity, stroke, coronary heart disease, cardiac insufficiency, uric acid nephrolithiasis, renal function impairment (=CKD2 stage). (3) Patients with other serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and mental illness. (4) Secondary hyperuricemia: renal insufficiency, blood disease (leukemia), malignant tumor (myeloma), Cirrhosis of the liver and drug-induced hyperuricemia. (5) Pregnant, pregnant and lactating women. (6) Those who are known to be allergic to the ingredients of the test product.
