Experimental group:Develop surgical treatment for patients who meet surgical treatment standards

control group:Normal individuals in the family were collected from peripheral blood for whole genome analysis and compared with the experimental group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The corneal dystrophy family can be traced back to all sick and normal individuals.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Dead personnel in this family (2) Unable to cooperate with medical history collection and surgical personnel in this family
