20 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Triglycerides, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), serum homocysteine above normal levels; Blood tests are done on the day of the scan or within three days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Head and neck MRA showed carotid artery stenosis/dissection, aneurysm, arteritis and vascular malformation; 2) migraine/vasospasm, drug abuse; 3) patients receiving intravenous thrombolysis or mechanical thrombectomy, patients receiving endovascular therapy such as balloon dilation and/or stents; 4) Have underlying diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, malignant tumors, etc.; 5) previous radiotherapy of the head and neck; 6) Atrial fibrillation, intracardiac thrombosis, artificial heart valve (mitral valve or aorta, biological or mechanical), cardiac myxoma or other cardiac tumor, moderate or severe mitral stenosis, 4-week myocardial infarction, valvular vegetation or infective endocarditis; 7) Poor images due to motion artifacts or incomplete MRI sequences.
