Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs or drugs had been discontinued for over 5 days. 2. Agreed to remove polyps immediately when they are found. 3. Sessile polyps of the colorectum less than 10 mm: Paris staging Is, Isp, IIa, IIb.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1, age less than 18 years, 2, pregnancy, 3, presence of ulcerative colitis, 4, colorectal polyps greater than 10 mm in diameter, 5, polyps less than 10 mm in diameter but are pedunculated with Paris typing Ip, 6, polyps endoscopically evaluated as cancerous, and 7, difficult to remove with cold snare polypectomy techniques.
