18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Han Chinese 2: First time for liver transplantation 3: The primary disease is hepatocellular carcinoma 4: Age 18-65 5: Weight > 40kg, height > 150cm 6: Accepting single or combination immunosuppressive therapy based on sirolimus (rapamycin, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals) 7: Complete follow-up data available 8: Being able to fully understand the purpose of this study and potential adverse reactions, voluntarily participating in the experiment and signing an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: patients who do not accept the standard dosing regimen 2: Non first-time transplant or combined organ transplant patients 3: Time of SRL using <1 year 4: Patients with active gastrointestinal ulcers, malabsorption syndrome, or gastrointestinal resection surgery which affects drug absorption
