Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Post Stroke Cognitive Impairment Group (PSCI) ? First-onset stroke patients with a disease duration of =1 year; ? Age = 18 years; ? Stable condition, conscious and stable vital signs; ? The diagnostic criteria of all subjects were in accordance with the China Acute Ischemic Stroke Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines 2018; ? Those who passed the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), screening with a MoCA score <26; ? Patients or immediate family members agreed and signed an informed consent form; Post-stroke normal cognitive function group (PSNC) ? First-onset stroke patients with a disease duration of =1 year; ? Age = 18 years old; ? Stable condition, conscious and stable vital signs; ? The diagnostic criteria of all subjects were in accordance with the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018; ? Those who passed the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) , screening with a MoCA score =26; ? Patients or immediate family members agreed and signed an informed consent form; Healthy control group ? From other departments of our hospital during the same period; ? Age = 18 years old; ? Stable condition, conscious and stable vital signs; ? The diagnostic criteria of all subjects were in accordance with the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018; ? Those who passed the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) , screening with a MoCA score =26;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PSCI, PSNC ?Persons with a previous history of brain tumor, traumatic brain injury, brain parasitic disease, and other diseases that may cause cognitive dysfunction; ? Those who have severe speech, vision, hearing disorders or mental disorders that affect the evaluation of cognitive scales; ? Those who have been previously recognized as suffering from other related diseases of cognitive impairment or have a record of using drugs targeting cognitive impairment during the onset of the disease; ? Those with a history of alcohol or drug addiction; ? Those with combined serious dysfunctions of the heart, liver, endocrine system and hematopoietic system; ? Women during pregnancy and lactation; ? Participating in other clinical trials that may affect the results of this study. Healthy control group ? Excluding cerebrovascular disease, dementia, and other central nervous system diseases that can cause cognitive impairment; ? Individuals with severe speech, visual, hearing or mental impairments that affect cognitive assessment; ? The rest are consistent with the last five items in the post-stroke cognitive impairment group.
