Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Rotator cuff tear (40-65 years old); 2.MRI and/or physical examination reveals injury of the long head of the biceps tendon (slap injury, slip, long head of the biceps tendinitis)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Irreparable rotator cuff tear; 2. Uncontrolled diabetes (HBA1c > 7%); 3. Pregnant women; 4. Local or systemic infection exists; 5. Had received local non-vascular interventional therapy; 6. Malnutrition (albumin < 30g/L); 7. Combined with malignant tumor; 8. Combined frozen shoulder; 9. Combined with neurological symptoms; 10. Inability to understand or cooperate with postoperative guidance and rehabilitation; 11. Failure to provide informed consent to research.
