Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for flat foot screening: (1) Children aged 4 and above in kindergarten, regardless of gender; (2) Informed consent of child guardians; (3) Children can cooperate to complete plantar pressure tests. 2. Inclusion criteria for evaluating the efficacy of exercise prescriptions: (1) The child's guardian agrees to participate in this study and signs an informed consent form; Children are willing to cooperate with this sport. (2) Children meet the diagnostic criteria for flexible flat feet (the medial arch of the foot remains static in a sitting position but disappears under load). (3) Children with flat feet who experience foot pain and score 2 or above on the Wong Baker Facial Expression Scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for flat foot screening: (1) Child guardians refuse to participate in this study (2) Children cannot cooperate in completing plantar pressure tests. (Including children's subjective refusal to accept such examinations and inability to cooperate due to physiological diseases) 2. Exclusion criteria for efficacy evaluation of exercise prescription: (1) Non flexible and flat feet: The medial longitudinal arch is significantly lower and flat when not under load. (2) Previous neuromuscular diseases (cerebral palsy, sequelae of poliomyelitis, etc.) (3) Congenital foot bone developmental abnormalities: dislocation of the subtalar joint, vertical talus, etc. (4) The child's guardian refused to participate in this study. (5) Children with flexible and flat feet without pain symptoms. The study subjects were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random table method.
