18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age 18-30 with good oral hygiene, (2) complete dentition, (3) no medications affecting periodontal blood flow taken in the past three months, and (4) dentition crowding of 0-3mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Periodontal systemic diseases; (2) Dental caries or other dental treatments to be tested; (3) History of orthodontic treatment; (4) Suffering from vascular diseases; (5) Lack of teeth; (6) Pregnancy, smoking.
