Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Voluntary entry, able to understand and sign informed consent; (2) HBsAg positive during screening; (3) HCC patients who have been confirmed by histopathology according to the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer (2019 edition) issued by the National Health and Family Planning Commission, or/and who have been diagnosed with HCC according to the imaging criteria of the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD); (4) Child-Pugh grade A before treatment; (5) Platelet =70×109/l; (6) Age =65 years old; (7) The subject and the subject's spouse are not pregnant during the treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Liver cancer patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) or HCC-ICC mixed type confirmed by pathological examination. Metastatic liver cancer. (2) Patients with a history of mental illness (such as schizophrenia or severe depression), uncontrolled epilepsy, uncontrolled autoimmune diseases, chronic diseases such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or other primary malignant tumors. (3) Patients with other hepatitis virus infection.
