Interventions

Intervention:Acupoint catgut embedding will be employed. Medical sterile chromic catgut will be inserted into each selected acupoint. The frequency is once a fortnight for 3 months. The acupoints are

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Participants in suboptimal health status; 2) the score of SHSQ-25 >35; 3) age = 18; 4) Willing to sign an informed consent form and cooperate with the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) women who are in lactation; 2) participants are in other trials; 3) Individuals with a history of hypersensitivity to catgut embedding; 4) skin damage or infection in the target acupoint areas.
