Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 60 years old; ? The first stage of screening is for elderly people with mild to moderate hearing impairment and/or low vision, that is, pure tone audiometry results show that elderly people have a better hearing threshold of 26-60dB HL for air conduction at 500, 1000, 2000, and 4000 Hz; The visual acuity chart test shows low vision; ? Informed consent and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Suffering from serious illness that limits continuous participation in 3-month follow-up and examination; ? There are plans to relocate or travel in the past 6 months; ? Concomitant mental illness.
