18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with visual field defects caused by stroke related posterior visual pathway injuries; ? Selected patients with binocular corrected visual acuity = 0.3; ? Selected patients who are over 18 years old and under 70 years old, and no fundus lesions were found during preoperative or postoperative examinations; ? The selected patients had preoperative refractive index less than -6.00D, axial length = 22mm and = 26mm, and average corneal curvature = 41D and = 47D; ? Clear mind, with a Mmse score of = 17, able to cooperate with the examination; ? Patients voluntarily receive treatment and sign an informed consent form, while patients with cognitive impairment can have their family members sign on their behalf.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The patient had a history of strabismus prior to stroke; ? Previous history of eye surgery; ? Accompanied by retinal vascular disease, glaucoma, and age-related macular degeneration; ? Combined severe dysfunction of important organs; ? Individuals with severe cognitive impairment, mental disorders, consciousness disorders, and inability to cooperate with examinations
