18 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? PHQ-9 scores in the range of 5 to 14; ? GAD-7 score in the range of 0~14; ? Age =18; occupation as a student, currently enrolled in university; ? Han Chinese, right-handed; ? Bachelor's degree or above; ? Voluntarily participated in this study and signed a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?A current or prior episode of mental illness that meets DSM-5 diagnostic criteria; ? A current or prior history of alcohol or drug abuse or other psychoactive substance dependence; ? A history of neurologic or serious physical illness (e.g., epilepsy, thyroid disease, lupus erythematosus, diabetes mellitus, major traumatic injury, moderate or greater cardiac arrhythmia, etc.); ? PHQ-9 score of 10~14 but a score of 2 or 3 on the ninth item (suicidal ideation) of the scale; ? Participation in any form of psychological intervention within the past 6 months. ?Other conditions that the researcher believes may affect the results of the study.
