Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part 1: 1: Tuberculosis cases registered in HIS from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2023 2: Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection with positive bacterial culture results 3: At least one drug sensitivity test result 4: Complete clinical data and address data 5: Retain complete clinical samples or strains Part 2: ? The first sputum bacteriological culture result was positive and confirmed as Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection; ? Positive sputum bacteria at the end of June; ? Preserve the bacterial strains and clinical data at the end of treatment months 0 and 3; ? Follow up on bacterial strains and clinical data at the end of 9, 12, 18, and 24 months; ? Be aware of the research purpose and voluntarily participate in the study. Part 3: ? Positive skin test for tuberculin (excluding BCG vaccination reaction) or interferon ? Positive release test; ? Clinical symptoms of inactive tuberculosis; ? No tuberculous lesions were found on imaging; ? Phlegm bacteriology is negative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Infants and young children under 1 year old 2: Pregnant and lactating women 3: Human immunodeficiency virus infection with a positive result 4: Patients who are unwilling to provide personal information or whose clinical samples cannot be utilized
