Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to the hospital, ranging in age from 18 to 98 years. 2. The patient fulfills the diagnostic criteria for septic shock as outlined in the 2016 Guidelines for Treatment of Severe Sepsis and Septic Shock (SEPSIS 3.0). This includes a diagnosis of sepsis accompanied by sustained low blood pressure despite appropriate fluid resuscitation, requiring continuous administration of pressor agents to maintain a mean arterial pressure (MAP) =65mmHg along with a blood lactate level >2mmol/L (18mg/dL). 3.Signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. In conjunction with chronic kidney disease; 2. Patients presenting with other causes of shock, such as acute myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; 3. Abdominal hypertension (Grade IV: intra-abdominal pressure > 25mmHg), renal artery stenosis, or administration of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) affecting renal blood flow; 4. ICU patients anticipated to have a life expectancy of less than 48 hours; 5. Pregnancy; 6. Patients deemed ineligible for participation in this study by physicians.
