Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with stroke through clinical assessment and comprehensive imaging studies, in accordance with the diagnostic criteria set forth by the 2014 National Cerebrovascular Conference; Ages 18 to 80 years, regardless of gender, right-handed; First-time onset; disease duration of =6 months; Brunnstrom Stage III to IV; Capable of tolerating an assessment process lasting from half an hour to an hour; Participants and their legal guardians understand and agree to participate in this study, signing the informed consent form jointly.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe systemic diseases such as cardiopulmonary disorders that preclude tolerance of rehabilitation; Individuals diagnosed with psychosis, severe depression (with suicidal tendencies), or epilepsy, as well as those with a family history of mental illness or epilepsy; Those suffering from serious systemic conditions like uremia or heart failure; Severe joint contractures; Patients with consciousness disorders for any reason; Individuals with auditory or visual impairments that may affect evaluation and treatment.
