Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Single pregnancy, aged 18-45 years, intended to be registered and delivered in our hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with chronic diseases (hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disease, liver disease, kidney disease), no mental diseases, no gastrointestinal diseases and gastrointestinal surgery history, no infectious history (hepatitis, tuberculosis, etc.), and no cancer surgery.
