Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 18 to 65, excluding emergency spinal cord injury patients, will be divided into eight groups based on eight segments (C5, C6, C7, T1, L2, L3, L4, S1). Each group will include both incomplete and complete injury patients, with four individuals in each category, resulting in a total of (4+4) × 8 = 64 cases. There will be a control group without intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with allergic reactions to electromyography electrode dressings (Shanghai Medical Device Registration No. 20192070492) and those unable to comprehend doctor's movement cues will be excluded.
