Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Young male and female patients aged between 25 and 30 years, with the purpose to ensure that there are no liver function issues caused by the decline of other bodily functions. (2) Diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) via ultrasound or CT scan. (3) Have not received any other specific treatments for fatty liver disease. (4) On the basis of satisfying conditions 1, 2, and 3, only those who also have a low quality of life score on a mental health scale and exhibit high anxiety (on the HAMA (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) can be included in the sample group
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, or other systemic diseases. (2) Pregnant or breastfeeding women. (3) Patients allergic to the study medication or materials. (4) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease but do not have a low score in quality of life or do not meet the anxiety diagnostic criteria on the HAMA scale.
