20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age: 20-60 years old, right-handed. ? Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of IASP for subacute or chronic pain and are diagnosed as subacute or chronic back pain by the third tier hospital; ? Pain lasting for 1 month or more; ? No obvious cognitive impairment and language understanding disorder; ? No history of independent neuropsychiatric diseases and drug abuse; ? There is no contraindication for MRI examination and no abnormal lesions are found in the brain. ? Patients with pain were rated as 3 or more by visual analog scale (VAS).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Spine fracture, dislocation, acute cervical and lumbar disc herniation; ? Patients with life threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, mental disease, active gastrointestinal ulcer and asthma; ? Irregular menstrual cycle and menstruation; ? Tuberculosis, tumor, infection, etc.
