Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Diagosis with type 2 diabetes according to "Chinese Guidelines for the prevention and Treatment of type 2 Diabetes (2020 edition)"; ? Age between 18-65 years old; (3) living in Hainan within the next 12 months; ? agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with the following intems were excluded: (1) mobility problems, mental disorders, cognitive impairment, inability to cooperate; ? Severe diabetic complications (proliferative retinopathy, nephropathy stage ? or above or creatinine > 2mg/dl or 177µmol/L, NYHA class ? or above, Wagner grade 1 or above diabetic foot, etc.); ? Tumor patients receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy within the past half year; ? patients who are participating in other similar research projects.
