control group:The patients received routine diagnosis and treatment and nursing guidance and standardized health education in the hospital.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : 1 Age ? 18 and < 49 years old ; 2 diagnosed as breast cancer by pathology ; 3 clear consciousness, volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent ; 4 received intravenous chemotherapy ; 5 Patients or spouses have fertility desire or fertility needs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria : 1 patients with other serious organ diseases such as heart, kidney, liver failure or long-term bedridden patients ; 2 patients with communication and mental dysfunction ; 3 take the initiative to withdraw from the researchers ; 4 At the same time to participate in other intervention researchers.
