35 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.conformed to the diagnostic standard of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage adopted by the 4th National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference; 2.ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke was diagnosed by cranial CT or MRI, the lesion was confined to the left hemisphere; 3.first onset, no speech and cognitive dysfunction before the onset of the disease; 4.western aphasia battery (WAB) assessed as aphasia; 5.course of disease:1-12 months; 6.age 35-80 years; 7.native Chinese; 8.able to complete the scale evaluation; 9. right-handed evaluated by Edinburgh Handshake questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.history of brain tumor, brain trauma, epilepsy or mental disorder; 2.post-craniotomy/skull defect; 3.Implants of metal or electronic devices (such as artificial pacemaker, cochlear implants, deep brain stimulators, aneurysm clips, post-ventriculoperitoneal shunt internal fixation devices, etc.) ; 4.other serious diseases that may affect the study.
