Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form. Age range = 18 years old, undergo physical examination in the Department of Health Medicine. Clear awareness, able to answer questions fluently, and able to conduct questionnaire surveys truthfully. 2. The diagnosis of NAFLD in NAFLD patients is based on the diagnostic criteria in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Non alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (2018 latest version): ? Male alcohol consumption is less than 210g per week, and female alcohol consumption is less than 140g per week; ? Excluding specific diseases that can lead to fatty liver, such as viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver disease, total parenteral nutrition, hepatolenticular degeneration, and autoimmune liver disease; ? Ultrasound examination of the liver indicates that it meets the diagnostic criteria for diffuse fatty liver. The control group consists of non NAFLD examinees.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lack of awareness and inability to answer questions correctly. Poor mental condition, unable to cooperate in completing the examination. 2. Individuals with clear gastrointestinal diseases or severe diseases of other systems such as cardiovascular, respiratory, and renal systems. 3. Diabetes. 4. Pregnant and lactating women. 5. Physical examination personnel who have used antibiotics, probiotics, gastrointestinal motility drugs, proton pump inhibitors, and other preparations that may affect the gut microbiota within one month.
