Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5 and 28 inclusive; 2. Age between 18 and 55 inclusive; 3. In good physical and mental health; 4. The subject and their immediate family members fully understand the informed consent form, agree to participate in the study, and have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals diagnosed with underlying metabolic conditions such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, or hypertension; 2. Those with diseases potentially causing metabolic disorders, including Cushing's syndrome, hypothyroidism, hypogonadism, polycystic ovary syndrome, hypothalamic-pituitary disorders, or insulinoma; 3. Individuals undergoing long-term hormone therapy or other medication potentially affecting metabolism; 4. Alcohol abusers (consuming over 14 units of alcohol weekly; 1 unit = 360ml beer, 45ml 40% spirits, or 150ml wine); 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, women planning pregnancy during the trial period, or women at high risk of pregnancy without contraceptive measures; 6. Individuals with any other medical history deemed by the investigator likely to prevent adherence to or completion of the study protocol, such as hepatic or renal insufficiency, malignant tumours, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease, psychiatric disorders, or other serious illnesses; 7. Patients or their close relatives unable to comprehend or sign the informed consent form; 8. Individuals allergic to vitamin A; 9. Individuals taking medications that affect metabolism.
